What's a FASHOM Mystery Box?

Starting October 1st, 2024, we will be sending a mystery styled box to you once we receive your request. There are no previews for Mystery Boxes. Cost for the box is $95 for 5 pieces, with no styling fee and free shipping. There are no returns but you can exchange clothing for a small fee. Accessories are final sale and unavailable for exchanges. Our Fashom Mystery Box is not a subscription and you can request as many boxes as you want. Latest trends are also included.

Is there a styling fee?

You will be charged a $20 when you request a Mystery Box. However, will be applied to your purchase of $95.

Is there a subscription?

No, you request when you want a Fashom Mystery Box. “My Style” page.

How long will it take to receive my FASHOM Mystery Box?

Once you’ve sent us a request, your pieces will ship within 7 business days.

How do I make an exchange for another size?

There are no returns for Fashom Mystery boxes. If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing, you may do so by contacting us at hello@fashom.com. There will be a small fee for any exchanges. Accessories are final sale and not available for exchanges.

Do you style plus size, petite & maternity?

Yes! Our goal is—and has always been—to style every body! We carry XS to 3X.

How do I change my size requirements and style preferences?

You can edit your size and style preferences at any time in your profile settings.

When will I get charged $95?

Your credit card will be charged for $95 (minus any styling fee paid) once your Mystery Box is shipped.

Does FASHOM support any nonprofits or charities?

Yes! For every box sold, we donate $1 to Second Chance Rescue NYC.

What’s your Refer-A-Friend program?

For each friend that signs up and orders a Fashom Mystery Box through your unique referral link (found under “Invite Friends” in your profile), you will receive $10 Fashom credit in your account.
